What are your shipping methods and times?

We offer Registered Mail and EMS shipping with online tracking, and delivery times depend on the option chosen. For more info check our shipping page.

What if my package is incomplete or damaged?

Contact our support staff and notify of the situation. We can offer you a free replacement order or a full refund.

How safe is the ordering process?

Online transactions are protected with SSL encryption technology.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa card only, and have echeck services for US Customers. 

Can my order be cancelled?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

I ordered more than 12 hours ago and my status is still pending. Why?

Because we use a secure offline processing, we only place orders for processing 1 time per day. We place all orders of the last 24 hours in for processing at 16.00 IST. So, depending what time you made your order can take up to 24 hours to be processed by the bank.

My card was charged but my order has not shipped yet. Why?

Once your order has been approved by the bank your package will be shipped within 12 hours.
